Terms of Service

Effective March 23, 2026

By scheduling a service or providing your information, you agree to the following:

Services

Just Sprinkler Service LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial sprinkler services including repair, maintenance, installation, activation, and winterization. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

Scheduling & Arrival Windows

Appointments are scheduled within arrival windows rather than exact arrival times. Our technicians will arrive during the assigned window. We may send service reminders and “on-the-way” notifications if a valid SMS-capable phone number is provided.

Site Preparation

Lawns should be mowed if sprinkler head adjustments are requested.
All pet waste must be removed from service areas.
Pets must be contained, as technicians may need to access fenced or backyard areas.
Someone must be present during service unless arrangements are communicated and confirmed by us.
Clear access must be provided to sprinkler components and work areas.
Crawlspaces, deep valve pits, or other confined areas containing sprinkler components must be accessible and safe for work. Access is subject to the technician’s discretion, and we may refuse entry. Additional fees may apply for confined space work.

Payment, Fees & Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion of service. We may charge the card on file for services and any associated fees (including cancellation and no-show fees).
Late balances accrue a 2% monthly fee.
A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
If we arrive and cannot perform the scheduled service due to no access or no one present, the minimum service fee applies.

Customer Responsibilities

Mark any private or unmarked underground utilities prior to service.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked, improperly marked, or shallow utilities including landscape lighting wires, electric dog fence wires, coaxial cables, or fiber lines.
Customers are responsible for monitoring indoor sprinkler shut-off valves, backflow devices, and related plumbing for leaks after service.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for plumbing installed or modified by others.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or unforeseen system failures.
Sprinkler systems may have unknown defects not visible during routine service.
Total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including water damage, lost time, or loss of use of property.
We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, power outages, or vandalism.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to SMS messages including reminders, updates, and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out or “HELP” for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing Communications

We may contact you via phone, email, text, or mail for service-related and promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time.

Use of Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms, including Jobber and other similar service management software, to manage scheduling, communication, and billing. Your information may be processed through these platforms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
